1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bewl Adventures website and all bookings, activities and services provided by Bewl Adventures, part of the Elite Leisure Collection. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from our team and any required deposit has been paid.
• Group bookings for schools and organisations may require a signed booking form and deposit.
• We reserve the right to amend activity programmes due to weather conditions, safety concerns or other factors beyond our control. We will always aim to provide an alternative of equal value.

3. Payment

• Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• For group bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days before the activity date.
• For individual and family bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 28 days before: Full refund less the non-refundable deposit (group bookings) or administrative fee of £25 (individual bookings).
• 14 to 28 days before: 50% of the total booking value is refunded.
• Less than 14 days before: No refund is available.
• If Bewl Adventures cancels an activity due to extreme weather or safety concerns, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

5. Health & Safety

• All participants must follow the instructions of our qualified instructors at all times during activities.
• Participants must declare any relevant medical conditions, disabilities or allergies at the time of booking.
• Some activities have minimum age, height or fitness requirements. These are specified at the time of booking and must be adhered to.
• For water-based activities, participants must be able to swim 25 metres unaided unless otherwise specified.
• Bewl Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in the judgement of our instructors, may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

6. Supervision of Children

For family and public sessions, children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times unless participating in a supervised school or group programme. Specific adult-to-child ratios are required for group bookings and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Liability

Bewl Adventures carries comprehensive public liability insurance. We accept liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for any injury arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Photography & Media

We may take photographs and video during activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our team before the activity begins. For school groups, we follow the school's own media consent policy.

9. Website Usage

The content of this website is for general information and booking purposes only. Whilst we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the content is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
